Q1. Can I use my USB cable (Android phones) or lightning cable (Apple phones) other than that came along with battery power case?
Yes. You can use your USB or lightning cable to charge the battery power case
Q2. What is the battery power case’s efficiency and why the battery power case doesn't double my phone battery charge?
Each Phone Charger Case battery power case loses power due to circuit resistance and voltage conversion. Per the industry standards, each battery power case is labeled based on its raw cells capacity (mAH) rather than efficiency. We follow this standards just like other companies that make battery power cases.
Q3. How long will Phone Charger Case battery power case lasts if it’s not in use?
Most of our battery power case’s static power consumption is less than 100uA, which means it will take 3.5 ~20 years to use up the battery.But the chemicals inside the li-ion cells will become less active as time goes by. Just like any regular AAA or AA batteries, most external batteries will run out power in two years without use.
How do you extend your battery power case’s life?
1. Remember to charge and recharge your battery at least once every 3-4 months.
2. Never overcharge or over-discharge your battery. It is better keep the battery power case charged between 5% and 95%.
Q4. Can Phone Charger Case battery power case be used for overseas travel?
Yes. Please make sure that the USB/Lightning adapter you take with is compatible with the voltage of your destination country. Each adapter’s voltage input is printed on its surface.
Q5. Can I take a Phone Charger Case battery power case on board airplanes?
Yes. Each Phone Charger Case battery case can be taken on board airplanes safely and legally. Listed below are the related requirements:
Quoted from Federal transportation security rules (Effective January 1, 2008):Lithium ion batteries (a.k.a.: rechargeable lithium, lithium polymer, LIPO, secondary lithium). Passengers may carry consumer-sized lithium ion batteries [no more than 8 grams of equivalent lithium content or 100 watt hours (wh) per battery]. This size covers AA, AAA, 9-volt, cell phone, PDA, camera, camcorder, Gameboy, and standard laptop computer batteries. Passengers can also bring two (2) larger lithium ion batteries (more than 8 grams, up to 25 grams of equivalent lithium content per battery) in their carry-on. This size covers larger extended-life laptop batteries. Most consumer lithium ion batteries are below this size.

Phone Charger Case battery power case and external batteries are 100% compatible with Apple and Android tablets and smartphones.
Q8. What should I do if the battery power case fails to charge?
a. The battery power case lifespan is about 500 charge circles. If the batterypower case has already been charged this many times, please replace it with a new battery power case.
b. Verify that the metal pins on your charger connect properly to the battery power case.
c. Check the metal pins for rust. If rusty, try rubbing them with alcohol.
d. Verify that your charger is working properly and does not need to be replaced.

Q9. The battery power case's label says the voltage should not exceed 4.4V (or 4.2V/4.35V). Can I use my original (OEM) power adapter with a rating of 5V to charge?
Yes, you can. Cellphones can detect the voltage of their original power adapters and adjust to the appropriate voltage automatically.
Q10. What can I do if my phone states error message like" This accessory may not be supported"?
"This accessory may not be supported" error is most commonly caused by lint or another minor obstruction in the charger port. Try to clear the debris either by using a compressed air can or gently using a toothpick to remove the blockage and then re-test. Clean the phone charging port with a toothbrush and small amount of Isopropyl Alcohol.
Q11. What can I do if Phone Charger Case battery power case fails to charge my devices?
Check if the voltage is compatible with your digital device’s charging voltage.
Q12. How long does it take to charge my Phone Charger Case battery power case fully? How can I tell when my battery power case is fully charged?
It will take approximately 3-5 hours to charge. All 4 LED indicators will light up to indicate the battery case is fully charged.
Q13. Can the battery power case and my phone be recharged at the same time?
Most of the iPhones can be recharged with the battery powercase installed. Press the power button on the battery power case to initiate charging. Phone will charge up first then power will be switched to recharge the case when the phone is fully charged. Some Android phones have this capabilty. Please check on your battery power case product description to check whether this option is available.
Q14. Do I have to remove the case to sync my phone with my computer?
Some of the battery power case is fully equipped with sync through technology. Phone can sync with the case attached. Please check on your battery power case product description to check whether this option is available.

Here are a few tips to help conserve power on your mobile phone:
a. Turn off GPS, Bluetooth and Wifi when not in use.
b. Enable the automatic brightness control setting.
c. Reduce the display backlight time to the shortest setting.
